Customer Service Representative
An exciting opportunity in the Customer Service Department with this dynamic and fast-growing business awaits the right candidate. This is a busy, high-volume, friendly environment that will suit an organized person with a great eye for detail and plenty of team spirit.
Duties of the position: • Customer order entry • Issuing RMA’s and working w/field service reps • Provide status reports to customers • Provide shipping paperwork to customers • Provide quotes & bids to customers • Attach prints to work orders • Enter pricing into inventory system (serve as backup to Pricing Coordinator) • Create assembly books for production • Create assembly load tags for production • Invoicing • Creating SOP’s • Assist CS Manager with projects and other duties as time allows
Desired Qualifications: • Prior customer experience in a mfg. setting required. • Scheduling background a plus. • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to interact with vendors, customers (both internal and external) • Strong organizational and time management skills a must. • Above average computer skills. • Creative thinker with the ability to “think outside the box” to help improve our processes and procedures. • Ability to work well under pressure • Attention to detail a must • ERP/MRP experience required; expose to Syteline a plus
