Here’s what a Care Associate does on a daily basis:
- Respond to calls, faxes & emails to place orders, process returns, issue credit, provide order status, or fulfill a variety of other customer care functions.
- Handle calls in a fast and consistent fashion while maintaining high quality standards.
- Listen to and investigate consumer concerns and determine a solution.
Here’s what you need to get the job done:
Education * High school education or GED required
Experience Minimum six months customer service, sales or related experience Ability to successfully complete and achieve an acceptable level on job-related testing
