WEB DESIGNER (Dakotas Market)
Midwest Communications’ Digital Media Division has an immediate opening for a web designer. The focus of this position, based in Wausau, WI, will be to oversee several media websites for our Fargo and Sioux Falls markets. You will work closely with our radio and sales staff to create and update event and promotional pages. If you enjoy working in an informal, collaborative atmosphere, please apply now.
Knowledge of semantic markup, HTML5, CSS3, usability and accessibility standards is a must. The qualified candidate will need to need to be familiar with using with Adobe Photoshop on a PC platform. Knowledge of open source platforms is also a plus when applying.
Interpersonal and organizational skills are imperative to the success of this position. The individual we are looking for is a creative problem solver and has the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
Some travel to other Midwest markets will be required. A valid driver’s license and a good driving record are a requirement for this position.
